Residential Electrical Service
Commercial and Residential additions constructed out from the panel to new locations for new equipment operation.
Includes any combination of branch circuit addition, relocation of outlets, additional outlets, new additions, ceiling fans, washer or dryer electric installs, lighting changes and/or additions and troubleshooting. All work charged on a $65 an hour basis. A trip charge is applied to any job that is canceled or the site is visited at the same rate.
Service Replacement for Residential
Commercial and Residential upgrade of electrical service from the electrical utility connection, to the top of the meter base, to the panel with new service cable and
new enclosures. All service work is $1700 not accounting for any unforeseeable obstacles. Rates may vary depending on the number of services boxes.
Commercial Electrical Service
Includes lighting changes and repairs, circuit relocation and addition, appliance and
equipment repair or install, any upgrades to existing equipment, panel maintenance
or replacement. All work charged on a $100 an hour basis.
Troubleshooting
Electric panel troubleshooting for problem areas and planning for replacement or upgrade.
Branch circuit troubleshooting of problem areas throughout the system including defective or end of life components such as devices and receptacles or switches.
Property lighting additions or upgrades.

Past Performance
First United Methodist Church - Summer 2019. This project consisted of upfitting several 500 watt incandescent lights to equal Light Emitting Diode lights. The upgrade not only improved electricity bills, but also replaced the outdated diminishing incandescent bulbs. The lighting section of the project was approximately $2000.
RB Debris - Summer 2020. This project consisted of light emitting diode lights installed on a tipper machine for a landfill project. The lighting made for safe operation of the platform for tractor trailers by displaying a green or a red light, and also helped the operator to prepare the area and guide trucks. The faulty hydraulic control was also upgraded by replacement, the total cost of the job was approximately $6000.
Patton and Company - Summer 2020. This business is a tax preparation company: lighting and upkeep is of high priority. The total restoration and upgrade of the electric panels and electrical system as well as the upgrade of all lighting in the building to light emitting diode lights was performed. The total cost was approximately $10,000.
